RPGCL is a Company of Bangladesh Oil, Gas & Mineral Corporation (Petrobangla) under the Ministry of Power, Energy & Mineral Resources (MPEMR). The Board of Directors comprising high officials from concerned Ministries/ Directorates, Petrobangla, sister Companies under Petrobangla and other organizations as nominated by the Government is the highest decision making body. Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the Company. Functions & responsibilities bestowed on the Managing Director are carried out through Five divisions namely Operation, Finance, Administration, Planning & Development, and CNG Division each headed by a General Manager. Each of the divisions has few departments which are the individual administrative units. Audit Department and the Company Secretariat are directly responsible to the Managing Director.
